Exercising your body on a trampoline guarantees flatter stomach, lean waist, stronger shins, shaped thighs and most of all – a firmer butt.

For proper and safer workout on trampoline, a 40 inches trampoline with six inches legs is fine. For higher and bouncier trampoline, make sure to do the safety checks.

It certainly is the best way to lose weight, get rid of cellulite and finally get in the desired shape.
